Buying a home could be the single most important decision in your life.  Even if you are buying your second home or have a Real Estate Investment Portfolio.

I strongly encourage my clients to do some research, before approaching a Real Estate Professional.

In this website you will find useful tolls to search, save your preferred properties and also set up automatic market alerts delivered daily to your e-mail.  These alerts will let you know when a property that meets your search criteria becomes available in the marketplace.

Whatever you do, make sure you consult with a Real Estate professional that specializes in your particular area.  An experienced professional could give you the “inside” information about the area and the property that you choose and may be able to locate homes that are not listed in the MLS.

Tip:  Ask your Real Estate Professional to provide you with the most relevant comparable closed sales for the last six months of the property of you preference and a copy of the tax rolls that will show you what year the property was purchased, what price the property was purchased and how much mortgage is owed.
