Property prices have dropped approximately 50% from its peak in many cases. 

The new bargain sector is the "Developer Short-Sales" which consist of unsold ready-to-occupy new development inventory with prices controlled directly by the Bank or the Lender.

Timing is everything, not all properties bottom-out at the same time, neither the market as a whole. Sensationalist media only confuses consumers by not providing them with all the information.

Complete and unbiased knowledge is paramount to have the upper hand when making a real estate investment decision in today's embattled buyers' market. That information can only come from a local seasoned industry professional.

"Pre-Approved Short Sales and Foreclosures" are on the rise and they come in waves.
